A portion of computers in the Commons are not connecting to any networked printers. This issue is completely random- no one row of computers is effected, printers may appear during one session and not the next. IT is currently working on the issue and has decided to begin imaging today in hopes of addressing the issue.
If you need to print for a student, there are flash drives at the desk for loading documents on. We can then send documents to GoPrint and use our swipe card or use our desk printer. Just use your best judgement and pick the solution that works best for the patron. We want to minimize the inconvenience if at all possible.
