Status Update – June 18, 2025 at 1:50 PM: The Adobe provisioning issues have been resolved. We will resume processing Adobe requests.
Status Update – June 11, 2025: Granting access to adobe for new users is still on hold and we will post an update once that functionality has been restored.
Issue Reported – June 06, 2025 at 4:00 PM: The automated syncing process for Adobe user accounts is currently paused due to the Microsoft Identity Management project. As a result, no new Adobe users will be created automatically, and users who have moved to a different campus will not have their licenses reassigned automatically. The process will be turned back on as soon as possible. Please check back here for future updates.
