The History Club is hosting a historical walking tour of Martin Luther King Boulevard with Chattanooga Organized for Action’s Michael Gilliland on April 6, 2017. Mr. Gilliland will lead the tour and share with us the rich history of our city. Come out to learn more about how MLK has grown and changed over the years!

The UTC History Club will be screening Peace Unveiled in celebration of Women’s History Month and in collaboration with the UTC Multicultural Center on March 9, 2017. UTC Visual History Film Screening with award-winning documentary filmmaker David Fedele on February 14, 2017. David’s latest film “The Land Between” (2014) follows sub-Saharan African migrants living in the mountains of northern Morocco, dreaming of entering Europe for a better life. The film premiered and was awarded “Best Feature-length Documentary” at the FIFE International Environmental Film Festival in Paris.
